Job Description:
A minimum of five (5) years experience preferably in a leadership role in physician recruitment. Prefer CMSR certification or fellowship completion related to physician recruitment (American Academy of Medical Management certification or Association of Staff Physician Recruiters Fellow). Demonstrated excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal and networking skills especially with physicians, medical staff leadership and administrative leadership. Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, prioritization and decision making skills, including the prioritization and execution of multiple critical assignments. Must have demonstrated successes in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and programs. Must have a strong working knowledge of human resources, physician compensation, legal and contracting processes, state and federal employment laws, especially those effecting physician recruitment/retention. Must have a strong working knowledge of physician credentialing and referencing guidelines
