Responsibilities Review market position requirements in conjunction with staffing need and related business case; create job requisitions for experienced hire positions.Determine campus recruiting strategy at assigned school(s); manage faculty relations.Determine the appropriate websites, etc. for market-specific experienced hire job postings.Plan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting events.Maintain strong working relationships with Client Service (Assurance, Tax & Advisory) and HR colleagues; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities.Screen, interview and assess candidates; recommend other interviewersSelect candidates to receive/not receive offers, determine offer package, obtain approval for offer; communicate offer/rejection to candidates and follow up on offers to achieve acceptance.Answer non-routine questions from candidates and recruiting sources (e.g., schools, agencies, etc.).Manage the hiring and contracting with temps and contractors.Implement Line of Service (LoS)-specific recruiting programs in the market .Assist with the career development of other Sourcing team members.Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and Firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting process.Implement strategic recruiting initiatives for the market (e.g., diversity hiring events, Employee Referral Program, etc.).Maintain a network for potential candidates within the market community:
