Our healthcare client is in need of an Executive Recruitment Manager for their Nashville headquarters. The Executive Recruitment Manager will supervise a staff, manage the department and must be able to interact with the top executive level staff in the company. This position will also be responsible for recruiting VP level positions and assist the Director of HR with various projects. The Executive Recruitment Manager will act as the affirmative action officer and administer/manager the department, staff and budget. Additionally, the Executive Recruitment Manager will need to focus his/her energies and skills on the operation's side by growing and improving the department, bringing creative and innovative ideas to brand the department as a stand-alone recruitment service to attract A candidates. This could include experience in developing a web site, marketing materials, advertising means, etc.
