Job Description:
Developing, executing and driving broad-based strategies to address multiple needs across functions. - Brokering various HR services such as compensation, training & development, communication, etc to impact issues related to campus recruiting. - Actively communicating with candidates including job offers, accepts, declines, and sustained contact throughout the work terms. - Evaluating/recommending changes to policies, procedures, and services to improve new employee recruitment and retention. - Participating in diversity conferences and related events. - Working in conjunction with the Campus Recruiting leader to grow and develop the campus recruiting program through developing strategies and delivering presentations for/to the business lines. - Mentoring junior recruiters on all topics related to campus recruiting. - Conducting data analysis to determine effectiveness of strategy and execution. Qualifications - College degree or equivalent work experience, Advanced Degree preferred - 7+ years of recruiting experience - 2+ years of campus recruiting experience - Previous experience as a coach or mentor to junior recruiters - Ability to develop, execute, and drive recruitment initiatives.
