Job Description:
Chinese Elementary schools, High Schools or Colleges are looking for qualified candidates to teach English and other subjects in China. There are hundreds of immediate openings! USA Native English Speaker. BA degree and above is preferred but not required.
For English teacher positions, training in Teaching English as A Second Language is a plus. Other subjects include Business Law, management, or business, sales & marketing, Taxes, finance, accounting, law, community management, tourism, American culture and history, journalism. Teaching or training experience is preferred but not required.
Must be responsible, love teaching.
Salary ranges from Chinese Yuan 4,000/month to 10,000/month, (which is Appox. $500/mth-$1200/mth) based on position, region and qualification. This is middle income per Chinese living standard.
For 1 year contract Paid vacation. Free Housing and most of round trip ticket reimbursement (the reimbursement amount varies between schools.
For Half a year contract, paid vacation. Free housing and one way ticket reimbursement.
Some utilities are paid. It also varies between schools.
Other living expenses total around $150- $200, so the job can potentially help teachers to save $300 to $1,000 a month. Many teachers end up saving more money than when they work in USA!
