Job Description:
Responsibilities: Provide case management and vocational counseling for walk in population with a special emphasis on out-of-school youthAssist clients in removing barriers to employment, which includes referring to providers of rental assistance, clothing, legal counseling, etc. Prepare and monitor service plans for clients. Ensure compliance with all WDC contractual obligations, which includes identifying & matching clients to appropriate services, tracking attendance, auditing folders, and monitoring and reporting on outcomes.Identify appropriate education and/or training opportunities for clients and facilitating referrals.
