Qualifications: Completion of five or six-year architectural degree or Master Interior design or related design degree Minimum of 5-years experience in preparation of construction documents and design development in hospitality design.General knowledge of interior building materials, detailing, and construction techniques related hospitality design principles and building codesExcellent proficiency in AutoCAD, word processing and spreadsheet programs are a must. Summary of Job Description: Contributes to detailed preparation of design and construction documents, and to the solutions of general interior design problemsChecks and coordinates details, dimensions, and schedules Produce and review selective shop drawings and samplesCoordinates work with the project teamAssists in the preparation of punch-lists and field observation reportsProvides major input and management of project document control tasks Submission Requirements: Please submit your resume, work samples and a cover letter.
