Job Description:
The firm provides many opportunities for professional growth and experience regarding design, documentation and development of unique, modern designs. Our work consist of new high end, single-family residential, multi-family residential, mixed use and commercial projects of widely varying scales. Minimum requirements are at least 2 years of full-time office work experience, a strong knowledge of AutoCad and 3-D modeling skills (i.e. SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Max, etc). Other helpful skills would include knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, basic Microsoft Office programs, familiarity with local building codes, etc. Responsibilities are based on your abilities but would typically consist of:ability to assist with or manage all phases of a project3D modeling / presentationAbility to communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and team members Salary is competitive and based on experience/skill level.
