Ensure that team members strive for efficiency in technical application, schedule, budget and staff utilization throughout the production process. Assist the other departments in the development and monitoring of the firm's architectural standards, policy and procedures. Quality assurance of deliverables in terms of content, compliance and technical expertise. Be accountable for the overall management and staffing of the studio group. Plan and effectively utilize time to advance the quality and efficiency of the group. Maintain close contact with the studio staff in order to assure high morale, design quality and production efficiency. Determines staffing needs and makes recommendations to the Vice President of Design regarding hiring and terminations. Maintain good relationships with clients and consultants. Participate in the continuing evolution of the firm's marketing plan. Maintain close contact with other departments in order to assure high client satisfaction.
