Job Description:
management and support of our SAP Sandbox, Development, Quality and Production environments
Job Requirements:
1. Day to day management and support of our SAP Sandbox, Development, Quality and Production environments, including, but not limited to (Explain and provide details of how you will accomplish each task outlined below) :
1.1 SAP System Monitoring (Logs, traces, locks, users, processes etc).
1.2 SAP Performance Tuning.
1.3 Kernel Upgrades and Kernel Patch management.
1.4 Transport Management System administrations.
1.5 Implementation and maintenance of SAP security.
1.6 Provide off-hour on-call support as a member of on-call rotation team.
1.7 Provide knowledge transfer to junior members of the Net Weaver support staff.
1.8 Manage batch processes, disk space utilization, table size, memory usage, system logs and other system components for maximum uptime and performance.
2. Manage and improve business processes and procedures. Explain and provide details of how you will accomplish each task outlined below.
2.1 Give clear and concise feedback to team lead and Managers.
2.2 Use of tactical and strategic planning and execution to accomplish day-to-day as well as projects and initiatives.
3. Maintain and update technical documentation. Explain and provide details of how you will accomplish this task.
