Organize and interpret project data and/or business process work flows for broader audiences. Serve as team representative on various cross functional teams. Interact effectively with internal and external pre-clinical study personnel to plan and maintain study timelines and budgets. Attend pre-study meetings with scientific staff to ensure study timelines and protocols adhere to appropriate timeline template standards. Interact with finance personnel and GLP compliance staff to ensure accurate forecasting of study accruals and projected timing of studies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or life sciences. Minimum 2 years work experience in project management, computer science, or life sciences.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree or MBA in project management, computer science or toxicology. Two or more years experience in the pharmaceutical industry; previous Amgen experience desirable. PMI certification preferred. Competencies/Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills (skilled in prioritizing and meeting deadlines). Good analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused work ethic required. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
