Key Activities:- Oversee risk mitigation and communication strategy planning and implementation process- Facilitate cross-functional product teams during the development, implementation, and lifecycle maintenance of risk management strategies- Coordinate lifecycle management and effectiveness evaluations of risk mitigation strategies- Review metrics for capacity resourcing and process improvement possibilities- Act as key member of Team through regular attendance, functional contribution, and tracking of action items- Support staff as needed with project management and business operations Requirements Basic Qualifications :- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 7 years industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience- Biotech/Pharma industry experience: Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Research, or DevelopmentPreferred Qualifications :- Masters degree- 4 years Biotech/Pharma industry experience: Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Research, or Development- certification
