Position Description: Corporation is looking for an experienced Program Manager responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of a new initiative. The Sr. Program Manager, Client Services, is responsible for leading key client relationships, managing projects/programs, defining preferred business models and managing special projects. This requires working with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure project goals are delivered on-time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters. This individual must be able to work independently and with minimal guidance within the framework of departmental and company priorities, which requires a thorough understanding of objectives and priorities and the ability to clarify priorities if required. Must possess a sense of urgency for high priority and business critical items. This includes keeping key constituents informed of status and expected completion. Must proactively solicit additional information as required to clarify these priorities from the management team.
