Job Description:
Partners with Head of Development and research project teams to monitor & facilitate progression of research compounds towards preclinical and clinical development. Responsibilities: Co-leading cross-functional teams including pharmacology, non-clinical DMPK, and safety representatives to ensure global regulatory filing requirements are accomplished according to agreed upon timelines and budgets Effectively interfacing and collaborating with all necessary Research & Development sites to design and execute an integrated plan for drug development candidates, ensuring knowledge and smooth adoption of drug development candidates into the global pipeline Monitoring and maintaining project goals, objectives and timelines, and updating same to senior management Partnering with Discovery Research teams in the preparation of R&D plans and compelling target product profiles based on scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial rationales Intimate knowledge of global regulatory filing requirements in oncology area.
