Job Description: Responsibilities Develop and present a detailed understanding of marketplace to include industry trends, competitive analysis and customer needs. Propose and assess opportunities for profitable service expansion beyond current business model. Define new service offerings and pricing strategies. Drive implementation of most promising opportunities along with Services Operations teams. Develop a short and long term business plan to ensure growth objectives are met in a sustainable manner. Work with Marketing Communications team to develop a tactical marketing plan. Manage execution in collaboration with regional service leadership and marketing communications team. Measure efficacy of promotional activities and modify plans as appropriate to direct available funds to the activities that generate the highest return. Report outcomes to leadership team. Develop regional revenue and profitability targets for services within scope of responsibility. Provide tools, guidance and sales collateral to regional teams to enable them to achieve targets. Requires ability to thrive in entrepreneurial growth environment while maintaining disciplined approach to top and bottom line.
