Responsible for the management and oversight of budget & forecast for therapeutic areas assigned. Responsibilities: Oversight of the planning, implementation and execution of the Clinical Lifecycle Plan for therapeutic indication(s) in keeping with corporate and department goals Align skills and resources needed for project success; work closely with internal and external stakeholders to leverage and optimize resources Responsible for the creation of and management of budget & forecast for specified therapeutic areas Participate in business development activities as needed Other activities as deemed by management Requirements Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in life sciences, nursing or equivalent college program required; Master\'s preferred. Minimum 10 years clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology field Minimum 2 years project management experience in clinical research environment including leading and/or managing staff directly
