Senior Director, Franchise Portfolio Management this position will spend of time managing non-MK projects and / or supporting key biomarker or other chartered coordinating committees. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the execution of non-MK portfolio product development strategies in collaboration with key franchise team members. The incumbent will spend the remaining 15 - 20% of time on efforts to improve business processes / best practices or on the development of talent within Support of Firm Portfolio o Independently manage complex franchise teams for non-MK projects. o Develop project milestones and deliverables; prepare reports that summarize key progress and issues on development programs across departments, divisions, and franchises. This includes preparation of background documents and presentations to senior management
