We currently have an opening for an experienced Associate Director to lead one of our Orthopaedic clinical programs. Responsibilities include: Leading a team of clinical research professionals in the development and conduct of clinical trials. Provides guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals. Keeps abreast of current state-of-the-art developments and provides education to clinical staff and other project team members, as needed. Establishes operating procedures that affect subordinate organizational units. Specifically, establishes and maintains direction of the clinical development through strategic planning within a broader cross-functional team. Translates clinical research concepts into specific objectives and activities to effectively achieve program goals. Ensures the design and conduct of valid clinical studies, which will generate data supportive of Regulatory applications and business/marketing objectives. Acts as key contact between other cross functional team members and with counterparts in Europe to address study conduct inquiries.
