Job Description: o Must have at least 5 years experience with IS-U CCS Customer Service modules o Hands-on experience with upgrade of CCS to ECC 6.0.
Job Requirements: Detailed configuration experience and/or knowledge of the L-shaped CIC including opportunities for customization, workflows, and master data components and their relation to the lifecycle of the business partner o Experience with CRM, Work Management service notifications as they relate to IS-U CCS is highly desired o Must be strong on analysis and executing functional/technical testing o At least 1 lifecycle implementation desired (business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support) o Experience with all phases of an implementation including bu support o Excellent communication skills. o Team Lead experience a plus
