This position is located in CFMO, Frankfort, KY, of the Kentucky Army National Guard. Its purpose is to accomplish management and financial administration of programs under the control of the CFMO and to supervise work of the function. Incumbent performs long-term planning and organizational development necessary to accomplish the functions of the office and provide for supplies and services in support of programs essential to daily operations. Fosters an environment conducive to teaming among service providers and customers to meet state ARNG requirements.
