Job Description: SubscriberMail, LLC is seeking a customer service oriented, smart, and technically skilled professional who will deliver exceptional client support to our growing list of high prestige clients. You will be responsible for setting up new client accounts, maintaining customer records, resolving product or service issues and training customers to use our online product. The candidate should have a strong passion for customer service and a solid level of knowledge with various internet browsers and email applications. We are looking for candidates with an excellent track record of accomplishment and demonstrated consistent success

Job Requirements: Do you have: Minimum of 2 years Client Support office experience Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Experience with CRM systems Worked in a business-to-business support role/team that was required to troubleshoot, diagnose, and make recommendations for client issues. Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills with all level of an organization. Strong attention to details Effectively manage time and time restraints for projects and scheduling Understanding of marketing campaigns
