Responsibilities: -Formulate assessments and treatment conceptualization that reflects Youth Villages' philosophies. -Documentall critical eent notes and assessments in a timely fashion. -On call for a 24 hour period and responds to crisis calls within this time period -Complete assessments per crisis call - Interiew the youth to obtain information concerning psychiatric history or other pertinent information to deelop youth psychosocial and in-take documentation. -Coordinates appropriate therapeutic action on an indiidual basis regarding isits home and parental isits. Additional Qualifications: -RN, Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling -Licensure required -Position is in Linden, TN. Applicants must be willing to commute during their shifts and will receie mileage reimbursement. -One year experience in residential treatment or hospital setting preferred. -Counselor's are paid for being on call and for each indiidual assessment during this time.
