Essential Job Functions Acts as the clients trusted advisor and ensures that every client is proactively contacted at least once a quarter and that a current value session is conducted. Ensures all components of the Key sales process is used during client interaction Develops new and expands existing client relationship by participating in business development activities, proactively reviewing client?s current and changing financial needs, and promoting products and services. Develops and effectively manages an internal and external COI base with minimum quarterly contact.Maintains active calling plan for Book of Business clients and prospects (minimum 5 daily) and business calling plan of outside calls (minimum 5 weekly).Analyzes personal and financial data to deepen current, profitable client relationships.Keeps clients informed of products, services, special promotions, and provides appropriate financial solutions via consultative review and proactive contact.Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of products and services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.Promotes and cross-sells products and services to profitable clients and partners with Business Banking, Investment sales and other product areas to maximize the relationshipConsistently meets or exceeds individual and Firm goals regardless of economic conditions.Builds Firm client referral pipeline via identification and development of internal and external centers of influence.
