Responsible for ensuring that the Firm is staffed with team oriented, high performers who are fully trained on Key's products, sales, and service models. Personally interviews and selects all branch leadership with involvement from Area Retail Leader. Uses coaching model on a daily basis to reinforce selling behaviors.Responsible for being a visible community leader, developing a strong internal and external COI network with minimum quarterly contact and actively soliciting business through outside calling and direct sales.Leads Firm team meetings Develops strong partnerships with District Operations Leader, small business colleagues and other line of business partners. Focuses on cross selling and referrals.Supports and communicates company initiatives (campaigns, strategy decisions, product and marketing initiatives). Marginal Job Functions Project team assignments as needed.Performs Firm operational responsibilities in Firm with NO Firm. Required Skills year degree or relevant experience.
