Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior leadership role. Backgrounds considered will be Managing Principals, Directors, Large Firm Leaders and high level Senior Project Managers from large firms that assumed a lot of the hands-on-management of the firm. Significant experience and ability in establishing client relationships, maintaining existing client bases and representing the firm. Ability and experience to mentor and groom a staff of architects. In addition to running the office, the Director of Architecture will be responsible for developing a staff below him/her. Our client is expecting significant department size growth in the next few years, and you will be a very important part in developing teams and layers of management/support. Minimum of 10 years experience as an Architect, with a portfolio reflecting a variety of commercial projects.
