Previous experience within Southern California with city/county agency approval processes and reviews essential. Be a legal US Resident. Previous experience in detailed Type V resential construction essential. Have an interest in local period architecture and design, and restoration strategies, helpful. We are located in a 1920's industrial space in Pasadena. Our work environment is collaborative and casual, but focused. We have sophisticated clients with unique projects. Do you know the work of Cliff May? Wallace Neff or George Washington Smith? Are you familiar with the Arts & Crafts Movement?
