Responsibilities: - Responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing programs for the Office, Enterprise, and BPC sales channels. This person will provide administrative, pricing, and analytical support to the Director of Marketing Programs. - Work with the Pricing Department to determine/ verify program ID's and price lists when applicable. - Interact with Sr. Sales Compensation analyst to review program payouts and effect on compensation. - Interact with the Sales Operations group to review/ compare prior program results to determine probable performance for similar type programs. - Develop and publish marketing programs calendar. - Develop back end processes to ensure that all programs implemented are measurable through systems or manually tracked. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, preferred. - 2 years of experience within a Marketing department with similar responsibilities is strongly preferred. - Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. - Strong analytical and multi-tasking ability. - Demonstrated computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office environments, emphasizing on MS Excel. - Demonstrated ability to work within tight time constraints. - Ability to interact at all levels within the organization. - Willingness to travel.
