Job Description:
This group provides analysis, requirements, design, implementation, testing, training, customer coordination, documentation and support for all of the commercial business systems used by the Transmission Marketing and Sales organization. The commercial business processes and functions that the group supports are classified into two categories - OASIS and Scheduling. Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level close to the work of this job that has given you the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform. Typically we would find this experience in work within this field or a field that is closely related. Note: In order to be rated as qualified for the position, we must be able to determine that you meet the specialized experience requirement - please be sure to include this information in your application. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to the next lower grade of the position to be filled. Applicants who have qualifying experience performed on less than a full-time basis must specify the percentage and length of time spent in performance of such duties. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-14: Experience providing in-depth technical support for a team involved with developing requirements, specifications and processes for e-tagging and scheduling related systems.
