Description Develops strategies, processes, partnerships and routines that enable a Premier Banking and Investments team to meet their client's expectations. The team's goal is to help their clients meet their personal financial goals while achieving the bank's sales, revenue and retention goals. The market manager's primary role is to guide and coach client managers to success. Market Managers work together with their BAI teammates to drive the market's overall sales, client delight and operational excellence performance. Market Managers also identify and remove obstacles to ensure the team's success. A Series 26 license is required (manages Series 6 and 63 licensed client managers). Qualifications Requires significant marketing presentation, sales and relationship building skills. Requires proven leadership abilities and sustained results leading a highly ranked sales team within the financial services industry. Ability to inspire, coach and develop a team to top performance. Proven experience creating a sales plan and executing on the plan. Must have strong financial acumen and understand how the financial markets impact the retail banking business. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Series 6, 63 and 26 licensing strongly preferred or must obtain within 90 days of hire. A Series 26 license is required (due to managing Series 6 and 63 licensed Client Managers).
