Position Description: Private Banking Operations Specialist Work in conjunction with Operations Manager to communicate and achieve organizational and divisional goals. Oversee operational staff and ensure adherence to regulatory and CS policies. Key Responsibilities: Management and supervision of Operations staff Training staff on new processes and procedures Approval processing Liaise with Pershing departments to facilitate change, identify problem areas and improve process Review and approve journals, checks, securities Responsible for Syndicate coordination for respective PB Branch office Troubleshooting and problem resolution for Sales Assistants/Associates in regards to transaction issues (Pershing) Field internal inquiries accordingly, i.e. Pershing Accounts Management of operations for Credit Suisse Asset Management as required Special Projects as assigned. I.E. uncovered options maintenance; employee migration project; compliance reviews Manages all Order Room Staff for the respective PB branch office, including but not limited to Operations Analysts, Admin
