Job Description:
Alternative and Innovative Marketing, LLC is hiring regional Managers in addition to promotional spokespeople for an exciting new promotional campaign featuring a revolutionary electronic device pertaining to reading.

Summary of Qualifications:
Have a passion for reading, enjoy all things literary and eagerly immerse yourself in book clubs, book reviews, new title releases from your favorite author, etc.
Have administrative abilities, be very organized.
Possess a natural ability to connect with people in a social setting and tend to be “extroverted” and easily engage others in conversation
Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm while working with others
Ability to solve problems independently and evaluate challenges with limited supervision
Reliable, dependable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
Experience working promotional events, as a spokesperson, or other comparable PR capacity
Possess excellent public speaking and presentation skills
High degree of accountability with above average organizational skills
Must be local to the region for which you are applying
Must have legal authority to work in the United States, be able to pass a background check, and possess a clean driving record

Job Requirements:
Technical Qualifications
Must be computer savvy, have access to a computer and unlimited access to the internet
Knowledge of Microsoft excel, and PowerPoint for Managers
Access to a digital camera
Unlimited access to a fax machine
Reliable transportation

Commitment
Flexible work schedules up to a maximum of a 32 hour work week from September 2008 through March 2009
Must be available for mandatory training prior to September 2008
Must be available for ongoing trainings, team meetings, and to participate in conference calls as necessary
Complete accurate, timely paperwork, recaps, and expense reports
