Description: Provide managerial oversight inproduction project management, cost accounting, schedule/task tracking, goal setting, prioritizing, employee performance assessments, training develoopment and execution to schedule. Responsible for developing, integrating and coordinating production schedules and support necessary to satisfy large or multi-program needs. Provides accurate and timely reports to permit manufacturing to anticipate and effectively support project requirements. Serves as the lead on the integrated Product Team (IPT) for Range equipment. A working familiarity with materials requirements planning, inventory control, and product/process flow. Primary mission is to meet or exceed customer requirements by providing quality products on time and within cost while promoting a lean manufacturing environment. Must provide leadership and management direction in areas such as: Technical guidance, continuous improvement, assembly/test capacity planning, assembly/test automation, labor planning, and performance approasal system (PAS) execution. BS degree in related field with a minimum 5 years experience working in a project based manufacturing environment required. Working knowledge of MS Office required. A technical and/or managerial background in manufacturing with hands-on electronics and mechanical experience is preferred. A thorough understanding of ERP/MRP systems, product structures and scheduling is required. Production management experience in electronics and mechanical assembly is preferred. Requires strong leadership, management, and communication skills
