Title: Associate Technical Support Specialist
Department: Customer Support Center
Reports To: Manager of Technical Customer Support
Hours per Week: 40
Contract: Permanent
Location: Englewood, CO
Compensation: $35 – 40 years + benefits.

Provide first tier troubleshooting support within the Customer Support Center, take ownership of complex issues, engineering clarifications, and providing world-class customer support.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary responsibility well be to provide primary customer support and troubleshooting for companies proprietary product suite.
• Handle all support calls during regular business hours and participate in after hours on call rotation.
• Work intimately with Tier 2 Support to create or refine customer support software tools and procedures.
• Work with other departments to follow through on customer support issues
• Be able to debug code and alert Software Engineers with detailed information to fix issues
• Record every support ticket with pertinent and detailed information
• Document detailed support procedures
• Determine concrete solutions to common issues and work with Tier 2 to derive
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 1 years experience technical troubleshooting involving customer interaction; 3+ preferred.
• Minimum 1 years experience working as part of a technical support team.
• Minimum 1 years experience in relational data basing and Structured Query Language.
• Exposure to web software environments.
• Exposure to Linux environments.
• Bachelor level degree preferred.
