Job Description:
Organized within DelDOT's NPDES Section, this position will manage engineering consultants; plan/design Company retrofits; write management plans, technical and annual reports; conduct inspections of maintenance facilities and work with Districts in implementing existing Pollution Prevention and Spill Prevention Plans and recommend improvements; manage DelDOT's Company BMP inspection program; assist staff members with projects that include public education/outreach, snow/ice program, sweeping program, staff training; manage work orders on the storm sewer system, etc., and budget management. Selective Requirements (Applicants who do not possess the selective requirement will not be qualified): 1. Experience in designing Company management retrofits.
