Reporting to the Global Segment Executive for Corporates, the Segment Management teams are collectively responsible for: .Driving the strategic cross-sell agend a to the corporate segment for the full range of TS product capabilities, including owning the segmentation and driving account planning processes, to identify appropriate client opportunities across TSS .Designing and directing the client experience for all names within the segment, including client service, implementation, referenceability and retention .Influencing the evolution of the most effective segment coverage model (corporate banking, sales, client service, etc) across TSS .Being the key driver in the overall TS strategy for supporting the segment .Understanding, documenting and communicating the complete set of customer needs across the current/future TS product set .Driving the optimum level of product integration and delivery which maximizes client satisfaction and profitability as well as identifying and articulating to the various product companies within TS, specific product gaps that require addressing .Working with Product Managers across TS, develop pricing strategies for product bundling/Solutioning .Driving marketing strategy for the segment, developing sales messaging and related client presentation, proposals, marketing plans, etc .Being the face-off for the TS Corporate segment strategy and direction to the rest of the Firm (e.g. ACB, IB, etc) .Developing and managing the appropriate MIS The WHEM Regional Segment Manager will lead teams responsible for: .Segment Strategy & Client research .Segment specific new product/solution development, including multi-product/solution business case development, pricing strategy, and rollout plans .Competitive analysis .Sector trends/research .Target list generation
