Responsible for the timely research and resolution of Vis a Debit Fraud disputes. Responsibilities: - Maintains an up-to-date and thorough operational knowledge of systems and processes. - Obtains a thorough understanding of departmental processes and procedures for each assigned function, allowing ease in identifying possible problems/issues resulting in mitigation of risk. - Resolves problems, conditions and issues independently, resulting in mitigation of risk. - Ensures proper escalation of issues and possible system problems. - Prepares appropriate documentation and tracking accurately. - Compiles and routes routine reports. - Completes special assignments as requested.
