Seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and enhance linkage of financial plans to strategic, client account, people and technology plans at the U.S., Americas and global levels.%0 A %0 A Responsibilities%0 A %0 A Assist with the Americas annual financial plan, mid-year outlook and annual partner/principal promotion processes by overseeing the preparation of business unit instructions, financial guidelines, business unit submissions, and consolidated reports and analyses to the Americas CFO and COO, U.S./Americas Executive Boards and Operating Groups, sub-are a and service line CFOs, and U.S. business unit finance directors.%0 A Manage the plan/outlook explanations process, including development/maintenance of requirements and templates; Challenge submissions to ensure viability and line item accuracy of the plan/outlook as a monthly financial reporting benchmark.%0 A Maintain an ongoing departmental operating plan that ensures successful support of the overall planning timeline.
