Large non-profit organization located near downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this position, the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for leading the development and preparation of the monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, 5 year plan and capital expenditure budget. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will also identify and recommend operational, system, contractual, and process improvements as well as evaluating business decisions through financial modeling. Additional responsibilities for the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis would include; leading monthly forecasting and multi-year financial planning, provide value added analysis financial reporting and diagnostic business analysis, and evaluate and implement processes and procedures to protect organizational assets. Skills: Qualified candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably at a managerial level. Non-profit industry experience is also extremely preferred. The candidate for the Manager of Financial Analysis position must also possess strong leadership, organizational, and delegating abilities with exceptional Excel, Word, and Access experience.
