Job Description:
The incumbent manages and directs the functions and activities of full-time staff members and collateral duty managers and counselors, whose duties include conducting counseling, performing alternative dispute resolution services, planning and conducting special emphasis programs and events, gathering and analyzing affirmative employment data, recommending policy and program changes, and the adjudication of formal complaints. Develops all DTRA-wide policy, procedure and guidance memoranda with regard to individual and class complaints of employment discrimination and retaliation prohibited by title VII, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Equal Pay Act. Reviews, analyzes, and processes all individual and class complaints DTRA-wide; determines which complaints the agency should accept for further investigation and which complaints would be dismissed
