Major Duties: Ensure operations and programs are in complete compliance with Trust policies and processes as well as applicable federal rules and regulations Reports to and works collaboratively with with the Board of Trustees Serve as public spokesperson for the trust Develop, in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, vision and goals. Manages natural resources for multiple uses by the Public Ensures the operations of a working ranch Develops/implements scientific research, environmental education, and interpretive programs Ensures that sound business practices are developed and implemented Develops partnerships and implements activities to raise revenue to attain financial self sufficiency · Supervises permanent and seasonal employees · Provides a safe/healthy work environment Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have senior executive level experience that meets the following qualification requirements.
