We are seeking compassionate and energetic individuals to help us provide direct care, treatment and supervision of our residents. The adolescent males in this group home will work, go to the school on the grounds, or will go to our Paragon day services during the day. Therefore, this applicant will need to take them to these locations in the mornings. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to counsel and advise the adolescent male residents. The age range here at this group home is years old. This group home is for boys. Several of the clients here are working on goals such as Increasing Impulse Control, Increasing Social Skills, Increasing Independent Living Skills, and the ability to handle frustration and stress. These clients are lower functioning and do require verbal and physical prompting with completing daily routines. They need and require constant supervision to ensure safety.The position available at this home is a 1st/2nd shift position. Job Qualifications/Requirements and Benefits: Prefer Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, or Social Services Must HS diploma/GED Must have the Ability to physically intervene with adolescent male residents if needed Must have a Valid WI driver's license and a good driving record Must be 18 years of age or older We offer excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, life and insurance, short-term disability, 401(k), flexible spending, paid holidays, vacation and paid training!
