Swamper for off-reservation Swamperť assignments; and Minimum B EFF for inmates assigned to the Firehouse. 40% Inmate Classification and Correctional Casework Supervision Plans, organizes and directs the workload activity of the CC I positions assigned to FMSF. Manages workload activity; instructs and assists in In-Service Training programs; evaluates staff performance and takes or recommends appropriate action; assigns and reviews staff casework (including inmate appeals and special case actions such as temporary community release, pre-release reports and Board of Prison Term reports); develops and maintains performance and workload standards; selects and trains CC Is in preparation of reports assuring quality and content; conducts regular audits of casework services; maintains accurate leave credit usage for subordinate staff; maintains a balanced work force; and recommends goals for handling of casework services within the institution. Interprets and administers applicable sections of the Director\'s Rules, Departmental Operations Manual guidelines, and other administrative guides which govern the performance of the Classification Casework Services. Researches, analyzes and recommends decisions on complex correctional casework cases.
