Job Description:
Would you like to work for a company that focuses on the “Positive”? Here is your chance to work in an upbeat, fun and professional atmosphere. Positive Changes Hypnosis Center in Beaverton, OR is looking for a professional to join our team as Assistant General Manager.
This position requires a leader who will work close with the General Manager, staff and clients and assist in the operations of the center during the GMs absent. This is a hands-on position and will require a good deal of community networking and building relationships with clients, vendors, etc. Our company is growing and we are looking for professionals who are willing to grow with the company. We expect this position to advance at a fast pace.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree desired (experience considered in lieu of )
• Desire 1 year of supervisory experience with 5 or more employees and/or contracted service
• Customer Service based industry experience desired
• Good analytical skills
• Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner
• Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the company.
• Talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate.
• Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals and the center to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

We are looking for candidates with a stable job history to become a long-term part of our team. Must be health minded. We will be looking to fill this position right away. $35 K per year plus benefits (DOE).
