Job Description: Hotel is seeking front desk/ guest services agents for our reception desk. Candidate will check in guests, accept payments, answer phones, transfer calls, provide excellent guest service and information, post charges on room bills, assign rooms, and man reception area.
Job Requirements: Must be able to multi-task, have great communication skills, be a people person, willing to go over and beyond to provide excellent service and attention, have computer experience.
