Click Here to Apply Online Principle Accountability: As Business Leader, be accountable for providing breakthrough leadership, focusing departmental efforts on improvement in an environment with constantly shifting priorities. The Business Leader is accountable for ensuring operations in which environmental health and safety is a top priority, and is accountable for strict adherence to Corporate and/or Plant policies, rules, and regulations. The Business Leader's focus is on meeting or exceeding customers' expectations, and striving for continuous improvement of core metrics including safety, wellness, quality, delivery, NPI, cost productivity and functional cost containment. Position Responsibilities:- Lead the manufacturing team and provide guidance, direction and support to the development of all team members in fulfilling the achievement of their objectives.- Plan, develop, and implement all internal manufacturing and supply chain processes and evaluate and lead the activities of the Manufacturing, Materials, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance Teams; leveraging their activities across all plant departments.- Lead and manage change projects focused on cost reductions equivalent to the cost per piece targets established in the annual financial plan.- Identify key productivity and quality improvement opportunities by continuously monitoring key metrics; look for common trends, constraints, and root causes.- Maintain written operational policies and procedures in conjunction with the other Dept. Managers and routinely inspect areas of responsibility to ensure that established policies and procedures are being implemented effectively.- Establish and promote a rapport in and among Departments to encourage a team building environment in which all levels of input are taken into account.- Review and interpret monthly financial statements, and take appropriate corrective action in response to variances and trends
