Job Description:
Responsibilities:Responsible for the integrity, coordination & compliance, company-wide, of the supply chain cost estimating process.Manage and champion the Cost Estimating and Supply Chain Sourcing Analytics and Estimates for the CHD Supply Chain. Manage the maintenance and update all data systems and templates that support the cost estimating, G2G (Good to Great), Source-Use and product sourcing process. Throughout the Fiscal Year; ensure the continuous compilation, consolidation, summarization, analyses, documentation and reporting via an established template on the various New Product Submissions.Partner with Global Manufacturing Services OBM\'s (Operations Business Managers) on a regular basis on requests for Cost Estimates and Domestic & Global Sourcing Initiatives, Make versus Buy, etc. Work closely with SBU finance analysts, managers and directors on key profitability assumptions, hurdle rates, profit targets, etc. Collaborate with Procurement on a regular basis on outstanding requests for component costs and cost changes Work closely with Project Management Office on Stage Gate system and business processes Participate in the Annual Sales meeting and link up with the Accolade system on new products to be launched in the following year. Coordinate with Plant Controllers and Corporat.
