Three (3)+ years experience participating and directing or coordinating others in budget, financial and project management. Proven skills in budget analysis, and integration of budgeting process in a multi entity organization. Demonstrated financial analysis, forecasting, and project management skills including complex analytic problem solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel required. Demonstrated ability to utilize written and verbal communication. Presentation and technical skills Must be able to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment. Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to customers, contracted providers, and vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree preferred. Health care experience. Knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Duties: Assists the Director in activities such as budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring. Specifically, develops work plans and format of deliverables and provides oversight and guidance to staff in completing assignments in a timely manner with high quality. Consults Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer and staff regarding budgeting, financial and operational issues. Informs, assists and guides Service Areas and Regional managers on budget preparation and other financial and operational issues.
