POSITION SUMMARY As the dynamic healthcare environment undergoes significant change, the Finance organization is strengthening its financial capabilities to ensure we are providing strong, robust financial support to maintain Company's leadership in healthcare. The incumbent will be a key part of the senior finance leadership team and one of the CFO's eight direct reports. This role includes critical change leadership responsibilities for establishing efficient and effective finance operations and infrastructure capable of supporting a $40 billion organization. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing national procurement and supply chain capabilities, finance shared services and the implementation of the organization's enterprise financial system. The Procurement & Supply Organization procures medical and non-medical products and services, and manages a supply chain that warehouses, distributes and delivers these goods and services across all KP regions and departments. These goods and services range from scalpels and surgical gowns to office equipment, and also include consulting, contingent workforce contracts, transportation, translation, meetings, and print services. The Procurement and Supply organization's mission is to support KP's competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive healthcare provider marketplace. KP has over $13 billion in procurement spend, and Procurement & Supply has successfully consolidated a significant part of this amount, achieving substantive savings over the past three years
