Job Description:
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will also identify and recommend operational, system, contractual, and process improvements as well as evaluating business decisions through financial modeling. Additional responsibilities for the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis would include; leading monthly forecasting and multi-year financial planning, provide value added analysis financial reporting and diagnostic business analysis, and evaluate and implement processes and procedures to protect organizational assets. Skills: Qualified candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably at a managerial level. Non-profit industry experience is also extremely preferred. The candidate for the Manager of Financial Analysis position must also possess strong leadership, organizational, and delegating abilities with exceptional Excel, Word, and Access experience. Great Plains Dynamics and the ability to perform financial modeling is also key. Language requirements:
