Job Description:
• Attain volume forecasts.
• Affect Principal relationship positively.
• Achieve agreed distribution levels of all represented products.
• Direction and development of Sales Assistants/Merchandisers (SA)
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with store management within area of Territory responsibility.
• Assist in controlling operation costs within budget.

SCOPE:

• Military bases in El Paso, TX; NM; and AZ. (Main Exchanges, Bxtra’s or Pxtra’s, Class VI/ Package stores, Shoppettes, Troop Stores and MCSS).

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Sales Assistants/Merchandisers (SA)
• Achieve and maintain 100% distribution of authorized items.
• Responsible for shelf management (POP, Pricing, Resets, Coupons, Shelf labels, and maintain clean fixtures)
• Scan all designated retail outlets in the Territory and transmit completed scan within the assigned monthly time frame.
• Print and report results of scans to appropriate store personnel.
• Take and submit digital photos each month as listed on the Monthly Photo Tracker and submit photos within the assigned timeline.
• Maintain/train vendor support group Sales Assistants/Merchandisers (SA).
• Maintain in-store files (where requested by facility) with current authorized information, distribution and pricing.
• Maintain proper account call frequency as agreed upon with Region Manager.
• Communication: Email, Voicemail, HQ office, RM calls, Conference Calls.
• Check code dates and proper rotation for products with code dates.
• Manage client product returns and notify any client or Client Business Manager where product return exceeds pre-approved amount.
• Implement and maintain integrity of current, authorized plan-o-grams. Improve where possible.



Job Requirements:
Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in sales and retail, the ability to prioritize and multitask on tight deadlines, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Overnight travel required with a min. of 6 nights per month to outlets in NM and AZ)
